Name: EAS announces Malta as its third congress destination
Location: , ,
The third European Aligner Society (EAS) congress will take place in Malta between 19th and 22nd March 2020, and the event will be opened by the Maltese Minister of Health.
The Society has curated an absorbing program which progressively builds on the knowledge from its first two congresses (and meetings), and continues to explore the perpetual advances in technologies and techniques in aligner orthodontics. The congress will draw together the latest innovations presented by an International line-up of expert speakers.
The full program will be announced in November on www.eas-aligners.com.
The program’s curators have put together two days of plenary lectures, peppered with break-out sessions and workshops, followed by a half day of company workshops, so that the learnings are delivered in a measured way, and allows everyone to dip in or delve deeper into subjects which interest them most.
The conference venue is the Hilton Malta Hotel, which is situated in the heart of the fashionable Portomaso waterfront in the popular St Julian’s district on Malta’s north-eastern coast and the island’s capital Valletta, is only ten minutes’ drive away. The stunning Portomaso development overlooks a magnificent yacht marina, and is bordered by a tree-lined promenade.
The congress runs from the afternoon of Thursday 19th March and runs through to Saturday 21st, leaving Sunday free to explore Valletta, a Unesco World Heritage Site, with its Baroque palaces, gardens and fortifications. The weather in March is typically warm, so you can kick back, sip a Kinne (the national drink of Malta) and enjoy the tranquillity and hospitality of this wonderful island.
